I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, iron/board, and a TV with a large choice of channels. Although I encountered a cockroach in the room, the staff immediately addressed the issue. The hotel has plenty of universal outlets and USB charging areas, making it convenient to recharge my devices for the next adventure. However, there were some noisy disturbances at 2 AM, which affected my overall experience.
The hotel has updated their rooms and lobby, making it a comfortable and clean option in a great location with easy access to restaurants and shops. However, difficulties in adjusting water temperature and crowded dining due to large parties can be inconvenient.
My stay at the hotel was excellent. The room was spacious with many outlets and the beds were clean and comfortable, although the setup made sharing the bath sink a bit crowded and noisy at times. The service from the front desk and housekeeping staff was extremely friendly and professional, making my check-in and check-out convenient. The location of the hotel was fantastic, being within walking distance to various restaurants and shopping areas. The dining experience, although of great quality, could have been improved with a faster restocking pace. The facilities were well-maintained and added to my overall pleasant stay.
